Dear Guests, please familiarize yourselves with the following rules of stay in our apartments. Following these guidelines ensures comfort for all building residents.
Check-in and Check-out
- •Check-in starts from 3:00 PM.
- •Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
- •Private check-in and check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
- •Express check-in and check-out is available.
- •Apartment keys are handed over personally or via a key safe.
No Smoking Policy
- •Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
- •This applies to the apartment interior as well as balconies.
- •Violation of the no-smoking policy results in a cleaning fee of PLN 500.
- •Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Access and Security
- •Access to the apartment is via keys.
- •Please do not share keys with third parties.
- •In case of lost keys, please contact us immediately at +48 534 551 061.
- •The building is monitored by CCTV in common areas.
- •Please lock the entrance door with the key every time you leave the apartment.
Parking
- •Grobla Residence: Private on-site parking (reservation required) – PLN 40/day.
- •Wyspa Spichrzów Residence: Public street or garage parking – PLN 50/day with prior reservation. EV charging station available.
- •Pańska Residence: Public street parking – PLN 5.50/hour. Disabled parking available.
- •Please check parking details when making your reservation.
Quiet Hours
- •Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- •Please respect the peace and comfort of other residents.
- •Parties and loud gatherings are prohibited.
Pets
- •Pets are not accepted in our apartments.
- •In exceptional cases, please contact us before making a reservation.
Payments and Invoices
- •VAT invoices can be provided upon request.
- •Payment for the stay is in accordance with Booking.com reservation terms.
- •Additional charges (parking, airport shuttle) are settled on-site.
Liability
- •Guests bear full responsibility for any damage to the apartment during their stay.
- •Please report any faults or damage immediately.
- •Apartments are equipped with smoke detectors – please do not cover or disable them.
Apartment Usage
- •Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
- •Taking out rubbish before check-out is appreciated.
- •The apartment is fully equipped – please do not remove any furnishings.
